Junior Membership

Newcastle AC Junior membership runs from 1st April – 31st March each year in line with the Athletics NI registration system.

We offer two types of membership for our Juniors

  • Full Membership – There is currently a waiting list for this option
  • Race Only

Yearly Membership will be £20/child. Full Membership will include:

  • Athletics NI Registration (insurance)
  • Training fee to cover facilities
  • Coaching in all disciplines of athletics
  • Weekly group coaching session
  • Social sessions throughout the summer
  • Coaching in all disciplines of athletics
  • Club kit available to purchase
  • Saturday morning Endurance Training (For Post Primary athletes. Free of Charge)
  • Championship race fees for approved events
  • Race Fees for the annual McGrady Cross Country Series

Race Only Membership will be £20/child and will include:

Our club needs help to ensure its success and survival! Please consider giving up some of your time to help. We need volunteers to assist at training on Monday nights (both male and female support would be very welcome), and also behind the scenes in various roles and responsibilities. We would encourage you to support our club and encourage you to speak to any of the coaches or volunteers on Monday night to find out more details and hopefully put your name forward.

Monday night is also an opportunity for athletes and parents to chat with coaches and volunteers. If you have any comments, suggestions or feedback we’d love to hear from you.
