The annual club 5 mile handicap will be on Tuesday 20 December.  Runners should gather as usual at the Newcastle Centre at 6:30pm.  The race starts on King Street and finishes opposite the Burrendale Hotel.  There will be an informal social and presentation at 8:30pm in the bar of the Burrendale Hotel & Country Club where light refreshments will be served.  Everyone is welcome!
