Meeting at 6:30pm at the Newcastle Centre

All participants must wear florescent Hi-Viz tops for health and safety reasons – it is unfair on your club mates not to and it compromises the safety of the entire group – be considerate!!

22 January – 5km Time Trial
29 January – 1-2-3-4-5-4-3-2-1 with half running time recovery
5 February – 6x1km – with 90 seconds recovery
12 February – 2s and 3s – 5 sets
19 February – 5x1mile with 2 minute recovery
26 February – 5km time trial – Harbour to Burren Meadow
5 March – 1-2-3 – 4 sets with half run time recovery
12 March – 8x800m with 90 seconds recovery
19 March – 2×2 miles with 3 minute recovery
26 March – End of winter training road Paarlauf
