As the light is fading fast, we will be departing at 6:30 sharp from the Upper Car Park of Tollymore this evening. If you are held up, please be advised that the warm up (just over 1 mile) will be towards the NI Mountain Centre and the first of 6 1km efforts will begin along the ‘middle path’ just at the bend before dropping down to Parnell’s Bridge. See you all there for the second last summer session.

Next week we conclude the summer programme with a 5km time trial in Castlewellan. Please note the earlier start time of 6:15 for next week’s session.
