Hope you had a great Summer and are excited about a new season at Newcastle Junior Athletics Club.

Training will resume at Shimna College at 7pm on Monday 12th September. We hope to have training outside for a few weeks whilst the weather and the light holds so please dress accordingly. If you will not be returning could you please email juniors@newcastleac.plus.com as soon as possible to let us know as we have a substantial waiting list.

The Mill Hill Mile registration is NOW OPEN and the race is on Tuesday 13th September so get registering! Please note details on the website about conditions for children wishing to take part.

Our first McGrady Financial Services Cross Country Race of 2016/17 will take place in Castlewellan Forest Park on Sunday 25th September. Registration is NOW OPEN. If your child isn’t registered then they cannot race! Even if you’re not sure how many races you can attend I suggest you register so as not to be disappointed. The dates for the other races will all be published on the website very soon so please keep a regular check on the Events Page.

Joanna will be available from 7:50pm on Monday 12th and 19th September at Shimna College for anyone who wants to purchase club kit.
