Well done to everyone who completed the first set of Tuesday sessions and finished in style by posting some very good 5 mile times last week. The next phase of sessions takes us up to mid-March and Jimmy’s 10k, a popular event with local runners.
Tuesday 11th February – Pyramid 1-2-3-4-5-4-3-2-1 – Start far end of King Street
Tuesday 18th February – Miles (4 minimum – 5 recommended) – Start halfway along King Street
Tuesday 25th February – 6 x 800m – Start Marguerite Park
March 4th – 3s and 2s (5 sets) – Start far end of King Street
March 11th – 5km time trial in preparation for Jimmy’s 10k – Start Harbour Inn
Meet as usual at the Newcastle Centre at 6:30pm – Session begins at 6:50pm. See you all there.
